Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At LightHouseAstro, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we have a fair and transparent refund policy.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
• We cancel the consultation for any reason from our end.
• Technical issues on our end prevent the consultation from taking place.

Partial Refund / Rescheduling

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation:

• We will offer a free rescheduling to another available slot.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• No-show: You do not attend the consultation without prior notice.
• The consultation has already taken place.
• Dissatisfaction with the reading (astrological readings are subjective and interpretive by nature).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or rescheduling, please email us at info@lighthouseastro.com with your booking reference number. Stripe card payment refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
