• 3.1 All bookings must be paid in full in advance.
• 3.2 Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
• 3.3 Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• 4.1 We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or reschedule.
• 4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
• 4.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• 4.4 If we are unable to accommodate a reasonable reschedule request, you will receive a full refund.

5. Accuracy of Information

To provide the most accurate reading, you agree to provide correct and complete information (including birth details where applicable). If an accurate birth time is not provided, you acknowledge that this may significantly affect the depth and accuracy of your reading. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

Our Services are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. Astrology is not an exact science, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
